PDI instructor Zain Ali asks, “What makes a salesperson stand above the crowd?”
According to Zain, a selling star is that person who understands that the way to sell products (or ideas, or even one’s own abilities) is the individual who understands some of the basics of good sales technique, including
- Intelligent prospecting
- The importance of strong relationships (think clients, co-workers, bosses and others you encounter everyday)
- Flexible selling styles
- Meeting the needs of the customer
