The Certificate in Professional Private Investigations program is offered every fall and spring. This class is primarily conducted online, with an additional 3 live classes. PDI’s program is a specialized course of study directly designed for and related to the private investigation profession and may be part of an individual’s becoming qualified to become a PI. The Certificate in Cyber Security, offered every spring and fall, gives participants insight into core concepts, terminology, technologies and skills that can benefit employees across a number of fields. Major topics covered include vulnerability assessments, virus attacks, hacking, network defense, and much more. The program is designed for everyone from those with no cyber security background to those seeking to expand their skills in this industry. Earning a Certificate in Medical Coding/Billing can enhance a career in the medical industry. The program includes 100 hours of instructor-led lectures and hands-on classroom practice. Topics covered include medical terminology and anatomy and medical and insurance office policies and procedures. The Certificate in Dental Assisting gives participants what they need to enter the workforce as a dental assistant – a rapidly-growing segment of the health industry. This program is 14 weeks long and is conducted two evenings a week and occasional Saturdays. It includes an Externship which gives participants hands-on experiences in a working office.
